When you sign up for our ONE.Client Journey, you will receive a customer journey explicitly tailored to you and your law firm. Our consultants will have a two-day discovery period with you at your law firm to examine the intricacies of your firm. They will talk to both owners and staff to get a good understanding of the way that your business operates.
After the discovery period, you’ll receive a presentation of the journey before it heads into its implementation process. The implementation process has three phases, split up into eight stages. During this process, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our consultants as you put this journey into place.
