When you sign up for our ONE.Client Journey, you will receive a customer journey explicitly tailored to you and your law firm. Our consultants will have a two-day discovery period with you at your law firm to examine the intricacies of your firm. They will talk to both owners and staff to get a good understanding of the way that your business operates.
After the discovery period, you’ll receive a presentation of the journey before it heads into its implementation process. The implementation process has three phases, split up into eight stages.
