Most frequent questions and answers
We recommend flying into the Oakland Intl., Sacramento Intl., or San Francisco Intl. airports with several airlines offering direct flights from majority of locations around the country.
Napa Valley is roughly 1 hour away from each of these airports depending on traffic.
Welcome Reception: Business Casual
General Sessions: Casual, and we recommend bringing a jacket or blanket because the main conference room tends to be very cold!
Friday Night Experience: Business Casual/Dress to Impress
We recommend arriving on Wednesday if you plan on attending our Management.ONE session on Thursday morning but this session is completely optional. At a minimum, please prepare to arrive in time to attend the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening at 6 pm MST.
We recommend booking your departing flight for Sunday to ensure you don’t miss any of the valuable sessions on Saturday!
Our Management.ONE (M1) session is an optional session offered on Thursday morning from 9 am to 12 pm.
This session is specifically designed for second-in-commands of law firms, not owners. But, we do invite first-time conference attendees to join if they would like in order to get the full conference experience.

The $5M+ Private Dinner is reserved for law firm owners making $5 million and above in annual revenue. Since this is our first conference of 2025, please make sure to update us if your annual revenue has now surpassed the $5M mark!

We absolutely encourage you to bring your team, specifically C-Suite level executives in your firm that you believe would find exceptional value in the event. Most firm owners bring their second in command or team members that have a role that resonates with the topic of the conference. We also encourage you to recommend the event to colleagues that you want to see grow and excel past expectations.
The 8 Figure Accelerator Conference is a LIVE and in-person only event. We believe this is an event that should be experienced in person in order to obtain the most value out of the experience such as networking opportunities and building lifelong relationships with other like-minded, committed attorneys. For that reason, we will not be offering any virtual options.
This conference is a non-refundable event. Should you purchase a ticket and are no longer able to attend, we would be happy to extend a credit to the next conference.
